This is what happened this morning: Steve came out of the bathroom with Patricks tooth-brush and laid it on the counter and said that it goes to the upstairs bathroom. Here's the scoop. Patrick has been warned and warned about leaving his toothbrush on the counter IN OUR Bathroom. It is a privilege for us to let him brush his teeth in our room as he has a bathroom upstairs but for whatever reason (probably sometimes just quicker) we let him brush his teeth in our bathroom. Well, he has left his toothbrush out a little too many times and Steve has continually reminded him to put it away, but most of the time Patrick forgets. I on the other hand wanted to step in a say he'll do better and put the toothbrush back in OUR bathroom...but knowing that Steve meant business....I let the toothbrush go upstairs with Patrick;/ I started thinking about this and put a spritual twist to it.....How often Jesus wants us to change and pleads with us but we keep "forgetting" to make a change and then we have to deal with the consequences. As a Mom looking on....I'm thinking how Patrick is such a good kid and maybe he won't forget again....but I also know there are consequences for every choice we make and we have to deal with the outcome. Maybe someday Patrick will get to brush his teeth in OUR bathroom again....but until then.....Hope he doesn't mind running upstairs to get his teeth clean:/

Well, what a busy week this week. With 2 programs for the kids and then soccer practices.....Every night was filled up!!!!.....And this weekend hardly looks relaxing with Patrick's soccer games in morning and then a Big Birthday party for our Pastors tomorrow night....Tonight we're going to see Steve's old friend from Steelcase (where he use to work) as he and his family are in town. They just had a baby boy a couple months ago...so Miranda and I will get our practice in:)

I can't believe I'm 23 weeks. Over half way there;) ......I'm feeling pretty good....just really tired at times. I know it's my age:/ Oh well. I was commenting last night, at Patricks band concert, about being like 56 years OLD when this baby graduates from High school.... and this lady commented on that is what she is gonna be when her son graduates. Oooops!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have a fabulous weekend!!!!!
