Why, dear friends, does a year go by soo fast? Why is it before I turn around it is fall/winter and there are kids winter clothes to go through that is making it hard to believe how fast they are growing. Patrick's jeans were border-line "play" jeans this morning as he's shot up in the last year, for sure. Little Miranda we can maybe get another year out of hers:) - She asked the other day if she was a midget....The concerns of little ones....for some reason....I never had that thought while growing up.

Everytime during this time of year it makes me think of life and how quickly it goes by. Good Heavens....I'll be 38 this year...I remember when My Mom was like 35 and I thought........:) ....Love ya, Mom!

Steve is really enjoying his new job and adjusting well to his new position.....It still hasn't sunk in that he is home every night and he'll be doing our snow-blowing this year:) - A job he says he'll gladly do:) What an awesome husband I have..

Kids are doing great in school. Patrick was a little frustrated with the trumpet at the beginning of the year as he skipped taking it in 6th grade but he has picked up and is doing fine. 7th Grade is definately more responsibility but he's handling it great and we are so proud of him. Little Molly is lovin 2nd grade, of course. That girl just Loves life.

I don't know why I'm writing today. I think it is cuz I'm stalling as I don't want to go downstairs and organize all the stuff down there. Oh, by the way, Miranda wanted me to try on my wedding dress last night as she had been watching something on TLC called "Say yes to the dress."...Anyhow....it did still fit ......barely;).....and Miranda said I looked "really young"! So, needless to say I've been wearing it all over town. Wonder what the kids will say when I pull up in the car-pool line wearing my dress and veil??!??!?!;) - They probably wouldn't be too surprised. Hey, Halloween is just around the corner:)
